  • Use generated tracks for personal or commercial projects

3. Account Registration

To access all platform features, users must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all actions under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Create Music AI offers both free and paid subscription plans.
  • Paid plans are billed automatically (monthly or annually) according to your chosen option.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • All transactions are processed securely via trusted third-party payment services such as Stripe and PayPal.

We do not retain full payment card or financial details.

5. Refund Policy

Because our service provides digital content instantly upon activation, refunds are generally not available after access is granted. Exceptions may be considered in cases of technical issues, duplicate charges, or billing errors.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@createmusicai.ai within 7 days of purchase for review.

6. Licensing and Ownership

All music generated using Create Music AI is:

This means:

  • You fully own the rights to the output you generate.

You are responsible for ensuring that your creations comply with all relevant laws and do not infringe upon others' rights.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Create Music AI for purposes that:

  • Promote illegal, hateful, or discriminatory behavior
  • Violate copyright or other intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to compromise, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems
  • Involve fraudulent, misleading, or malicious activities

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All visual, textual, and technical content on Create Music AI — including logos, code, design elements, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of the platform. They may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
